Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something doesn't work, we'll exchange
it. We don't offer refunds — only exchanges — because every fabric is curated
personally and our margins are honest.
What we exchange:
- Wrong size (we'll explain — most of our products are unstitched, so size doesn't apply, but for kaftans and stitched items we exchange freely)
- Defects (rare, but we own them fully)
- Colour significantly different from the website photo
What we cannot exchange:
- Items washed or stitched
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
How to start an exchange:
1. WhatsApp us at +91 93075 99422 within 7 days of delivery
2. Send a photo of the item and your reason
3. We confirm within 4 hours and share the return address
4. You ship the item back (we'll arrange pickup in most cities)
5. Your replacement ships within 3 working days of us receiving the return
Shipping for exchanges:
- Defects or our error: we pay both ways
- Customer preference: you pay return shipping, we ship the replacement free
